To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:

– The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
– The item must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
– The item must not have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way.

If a customer is eligible for a refund, the following process will apply:

1. The customer must contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
2. The customer must provide proof of purchase and return the item to us at their own expense.
3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
4. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
5. The refund amount will be credited within 10 business days of processing.

6. The exchange product will be delivered with in 15 business days.

*Refund Amount:*
The refund amount will be calculated based on the current market value of the item. Please note that:

– If the gold rate has decreased since the original purchase, the refund amount will be based on the current gold rate.
– Tax, labor charges, and manufacturing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
– The refund amount will not include any shipping or handling charges.
